Hotel Pink City

Good Hotel and nice stay. Excellent location very close to New Delhi Railway station. Food, amenities and services are very nice.

When I check- in the AC was working, but in evening AC was not working and also in Night. Bed was also not cleaned, Bed sheet was some dirty. Rest was OK.

ac is not working and no one responded to my query and the food is good staff is polite not recommended for family

The hotel is near to the new delhi railway station and It will take only 3 to 5 mins walk to the hotel. The road to the hotel is narrow and congested and there is no lift in the hotel. Receptionist and roomboy was good.

They are making us fool We are booking for a room but they denied and said it a booking of dormitory Washroom are like public bathroom Only locker provided but not the lock Beds are also not comfortable

Hygiene could be better in terms of bedding and room cleanliness. No elevator so it gets tiring and difficult for elderly.

Hotel is at very tight road ,room was very small with almost 7ft level roof , no lift and dangerous stairs. Toilet seat without seat cover and their was suffocation in room . It was very hard to breathe

I was denied a stay at the hotel citing the reason that ghaziabad (my adhar card address) is a part of ncr and thus, 'local ids are not allowed.

It's ok but not good. Stairs are very steep, difficult for old people, there is no lift facility. The bed is totally uncomfortable. For hot water, you have to ask them to switch on the geyser, there is no switch inside the room. Location is very good, near to new delhi platform no. 1.

There was no lift available at hotel. My room was at 3rd floor. Washroom was not clean upto required standard.

This is a dormitory which was not clearly mentioned at mm t when booking. I chose because of low price but thought it would be discounted room. The dorm is congested, unclean and does not inspire confidence. The staffs are also not responsive to demand of cleanliness. However the location is good.

Staff average location was good near by railway station. So many food shop available near by.

It was a good experience to stay here. It was clean and easily accessible from new delhi railway station

While booking it was good looking, but the area is so crowded, small, not that safe for single traveller's, and many people say paharganj is dangerous area to stay.

Location was very nice, it's near by the railway station. Everything was fine. According to budget it's a very wonderful stay
