TV , hot water and room services are not up the mark whenever we called room services after and hour they come

TV was not working, in-house pantry is not up to the mark, no hot water available, if you call for service they will come after an hour.

My experience with this hotel was not good. I asked for room cleaning but they did not do it. I had to ask for things like water glass, towel etc. again and again.

The hotel location is good. Hotel Rooms are very neat & clean. All staff members are very supportive. And the food is also average.

No Aminities, not worth for price, applaices not working (TV, kettle), Dirty linen and towels,

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which should be clearly communicated to guests in advance to manage expectations. - Basic amenities such as room slippers were not provided and should be made available to all guests. - The washroom lacked essential hygiene items: the handwash and gel bottle had broken dispensers. Replacing old bottles with new, functional ones is recommended. - The washroom tap (totti), appeared in poor condition and need of replacement. - The Bisleri water bottle was charged at ₹30, whereas the printed MRP is ₹20. - The room cleaner appeared to expect a tip, which creates discomfort for guests. Hospitality staff should maintain professionalism and avoid placing guests in awkward situations. - This discrepancy should be addressed to ensure transparent and fair pricing.

The place is decent, easily accessible to any major places and metros, staff are very friendly and helping, food here tasted like home food, ghar ka khana.... Overall it was a very good experience staying there..

Room is ok, services to improve and my be due to renovation difficulty is encountered. Nice approach to Railway station ND

It is comfortable stay. All staff are very helpful and polite. It is very close to New Delhi station and hotal at very good location.

central air condition unit not performing , nothing much to offer from kitchen as tandoor wala not available, outside food not permitted.
