Dirty rooms, washroom r not clean pillows dirty,beding not changed,stains on wall... please never choose thz property to stay

Room did not match with photo seen in MMT. Hotel was under renovation, & bed cover was in poor condition. Bathroom door not fixed well. Overall it was an average or bellow average stay.

Overall experience is Good. Need to focus more on cleanliness .Location is very Good, you get everything you required as a tourist.

Good place to stay in affordable rate. The persons in the reception are amiable and well behaved. They clean the room, change the bed sheets and provide water bottles only when asked. There were no comnections in our phones inside the room. Only Internet worked. Overall it was a nice stay.

Food is not available in the hotel.location is good and facilities are avarage

very close to New delhi railway station.Room and room service is very good. But Restaurant food is very costly.

The staff was really friendly, i had no issues with whatever queries i had. I can call them anytime and they resolved it without any questions asked

TV , hot water and room services are not up the mark whenever we called room services after and hour they come

TV was not working, in-house pantry is not up to the mark, no hot water available, if you call for service they will come after an hour.

My experience with this hotel was not good. I asked for room cleaning but they did not do it. I had to ask for things like water glass, towel etc. again and again.

The hotel location is good. Hotel Rooms are very neat & clean. All staff members are very supportive. And the food is also average.
