कोई रुम सर्विस नही। गर्म पानी नहीं। टीवी नहीं चल रहा था।टावल एंड सोप भी नही। धर्मशाला की फीलिंग आ रही थी।

The room condition was very poor. AC was not working. TV was not working. Room was not cleaned. Even after the full payment for AC room was done, the room condition was very poor

Polite staff but rooms are not bad. Washrooms are the worst. There is no lightning in the room. Paid extra for premium room but they don't have segmentation. All the rooms are same

The most horrible experience i ever had. I have never been to a hotel this bad.This place doesnt deserve to be get 1 star even. I have booked this hotel because its closer to my exam centre.i have pre paid and confirmed the booking but at the time of checking they denied saying rooms are not available all are booked.i asked how is this possible we even pre paid.They didnt even care wasted my precious time exam time waited 3 hours to get a room. After a long fight and complaint to makemytrip they gave me a room at 6pm i took it as i had no choice and its closer to my exam centre. 3 days of the stay there are hell. rooms are not clean. sheets are dirty, AC is leaking water,bathroom is not clean,dnt belive the amenities they showed while you booking because nothing they gonna provide.not even the lift works i have booked a including breakfast service but the hotel at the morning when i called they simply said kitchen closed just order it. i wish someone cancel the license to this hotel because its making everyone suffer not just me this is happening to everyone coming to hotel.

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended! I had an extremely disappointing stay at super townhouse. The reception staff were shockingly arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming, they treated guests with a dismissive attitude and zero manners. The room was no better—there was a strong, unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. The bed sheets had visible holes, and the towels provided were dirty. When I requested clean towels, I was bluntly told, “This is what we have.” Unbelievable! This hotel clearly has no standards for basic cleanliness or customer service. I strongly advise against staying here unless you want to ruin your trip. Definitely not worth the money.
