While booking They showed you will receive a queen size bed but at the hotel I got splits bed and later after discussing with the receptionist for multiple times I got the booked room. One of the worst service in the Hitech City area. Even there is no water provided in the summer, no blankets, no towels, AC is not working, room was also not cleaned properly, there are used cigarettes in the room. When we make a notice to the management regarding issues, they were least bothered about the issue, because they got the booking and anyhow the amount was not refundable.
