Dirty and smelly, no cleaning, No hot water and TV not working. Not recommended to stay on the official tour in this hotel

The stay was extremely disappointing. Rooms were poorly cleaned, with a bad smell throughout. The receptionist troubled us and even charged extra money unfairly. The hotel had no proper facilities like hot water or basic cleanliness. I request you to take strict action, cancel their license, and ensure such hotels don’t continue on your platform.

I had a Booking From Make my Trip. But after seeing my room which has no window in it, feels lot of Suffocation. I just wanted to cancel my Booking, Hotel Owner dont gave my full refund. Which they should have given coz they put wrong photos on website any make my trip.

Worst hotel in that area , I booked AC room for my driver from MakeMyTrip , when driver reach to hotel ,firstly manager of hotel asked us extra money for AC room ,he said he will not give AC room , he started arguing , when I asked for Owners phone Number then he alloted the AC room. And as my driver gave feedback it's completely noisy during night time . very dirty hotel , I WONT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE THIS HOTEL .

The overall behavior of reception staff came across as inattentive and unprofessional.

Charged me double for an early checkin. It's an oyo so mostly used my couples as a love motel. My gripes with the place : Dirty bedsheets (you know by what) Electrical Outlets don't work Broken toilet seat Unreliable door lock No food service, they outsource it Only book the place if you need to stay for a few hours and need a cheap place in this specific location. otherwise there are better options which will cost just 200-300 extra.

Onetime boarding and droping

The room was so dirty. Lots of smell in room ac not working. No safely there main gate lock was broken in windows side no grill so if someone wants to thief any things so they have a chance to create these situations also

1. Room is not good and some smell is coming 2. Washroom also not good and that sink pipe is fitted is not hidden3. Bedsheet is not washed4. Overall i am not comfortable at that room and hotel.

False information available on web while booking a room, they showed breakfast option with added charges and i booked with extra charges for breakfast. But the hotel staff said we never serve breakfast to anyone and they did not serve anything as a breakfast. Wifi range was not available inside the room. Sewage waste was flowing from the entrance gate. It was terrible to walk through it. Makemytrip don't have any feature for complaint booking or customer support in order to connect with agent. Therefore, writing here so as to get compensation.

I always stay here when coz i like the location easily accessible for food and other things. It's nearby railway station. Staff is very good and rooms are clean.

The employees provided outstanding hospitality and ensured that every need was met as soon as possible.
