Hotel O The Mangrove Wood Residency

Room was not much clean, bedsheet and blanket were having hairs from past stay probably. The bathroom had ants and drain blockage. Staff behavior wasn't good as well, asked me to pay an extra 983 rupees for a 2 day stay. On asking for the receipt they didn't even provide the receipt.

Worst experience. They are collecting more money though we paid the full amount. No proper maintenance. Not really worth for your money.

I booked this hotel for 2 days the hotel didn't let us check in , before I pay 440 more.

Worst experience, not recommended for couples, bathroom you can not use. Night i checked inn and morning vacated. Even i booked for 2 days

Location is near to city. But property wants to more money. Both room worst condition. Any coffee and tea not available

showed 450+ taxes the room rate i paid before check in but the receptionist asked me to pay 1000 extra otherwise he won't allow check in i told him i hv paid already he said can't accept the that amount. i been booked room multiple times different properties first faced in chennai this issue if you can't give low rate with discounts than don't give nd wast customer time we don't want fight with others he simply said amount very less you need to pay 1000 extra which is not my concern you offer me this rate

It's not even very clean and this hotel not providing any bath towels and also the bedspread was not clean and seems like it was not washed for 1year. Also full of smoke smells in the rooms not well maintained and not higiene. Not at all recommended for both family and bachelor. Waste of money.

They didn't allow me to check in and asked for extra payment, we had a horrible experience with the hotel people, they didn't accept to make my trip voucher

Hotel is charging extra amount than the booking amount. Even after make my trip team trying to convince them. We cannot get the invoice from the hotel. They simply steal the money from the customer. Hotel is not well maintained. I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel.

Non cleaned rooms and they're taken additional amount at hotel staff is not good

When we reach property they telling this rate not available with us we informed makemytrip many times they have not changed rate. If you want stay you have pay extra amount. This information they are telling after we reached property, after that if you cancel you will get already booked amount. With out choice we have stay after paying extra charges.
