Rather sleep in a dormitory than this place. No ac remote, no soaps given, no hot water after 9. 30am, tv and a set top box in room but single plug point! no parking available, untidy place!

No breakfast even if I've paid for it No water bottle, even paid No bathroom accessories, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, towel- None Only one help boy who was totally confused or disoriented regarding hotel and hospitality or even housekeeping Owner was rude wanted to pay for 2 days when I decided to checked out after one day due to poor quality of almost everything

Not a good hotel, breakfast was given in booking, but refused to give, after several times requesting, it was given i was told to take rs 20- for breakfast refund/

Hotel with a locational ar vantage

Close to LV Prasad Eye Institute. On the main road with plenty of restaurant around is the advantage. Room was so so. Cockroaches in toilet. Roof is damaged. Fan has noise. Behaviour of the staff were nice. Breakfast is served on time but the no variety as such available, not even bread butter omelette. As a whole average.

Only in breakfast. They opened room put our things out of room without our consent before check out time. When asked, manager rudely spoke to us. We were getting late to airport, so we left.

I booked myself a deluxe room (which is supposed to be a higher category room). When I entered the hotel since I was a single traveler the owner of the hotel sitting at the hotel reception gave me looks as if I have come from another world and have done some crime. The fresh room (which they claimed to be cleaned for me) had still used stained linen on the bed, 3 used water bottles all around. The washroom mat was dirty (possibly not changed for the last 10 days), the floor had dust all around. The washroom was dirty to the core with no Oyo amenities. The Bath towel was looking super dirty (won't be shocked if it was used and not washed before placing it in the room). I am sure if I was in the room for the entire evening I would have ended with some type of skin infection. I understand it will not be a star hotel service nor the cleanliness will be like a star hotel. But a basic clean hygienic room is all that one would look for when one books s hotel room. I wonder if after selling Oyo brand to the owner does Oyo Hotels even does an audit to see if their brand image is maintained or if the owner would like any of his family members to spend a day in this type of a dirty unhygienic room. So after seeing all these the only thing I could do was check out in 2 hours time and find another hotel to stay with a promise of never staying in an Oyo hotel.
