Basic amenities are missing and no resturant available for serving basic things like tea. Ac was not working properly and the bed sheets were not clean. Switch boards were broken.

Hotel is good and clean, but can improve in bed and washrooms

There is no restaurant within hotel premises. Location of hotel is good for those mainly visiting to LV Prasad Eye INSTITUTE. Rooms are clean , hot water is available, however the bedsheets are stained and daily dustbin cleaning is not proper. Staff is limited, in our case we saw people drinking beer in other rooms . Hence i rate it average overall.

No proper cleanliness. Too much old smell from bathrooms and more of cigarettes smoke smell and more over poor and rude behavior and response from staff and manager.

Everything is so good like room & staff nature food & location is also very nice.......

Towel was having bad smell, No hangers for Hanging cloths neither in bathroom nir in room. Kept towel and under garments in toilet commod during bath. No confirmation call from hotel that,"Ur ticket is booked etc."

Worst experience ever.. staff was so arrogant & non cooperative .Rooms were so messy & not cleaned well

We did not like the application because we were kicked out of the hotel despite the fact that we transferred the full amount to you. The reason was that the hotel protested that the hotel is for indians only and not for foreigners. Which made us look for another hotel despite our exhaustion from traveling.

Issue with bed sheets, tv and cleaning. No wifi available
