Room was poor and i booked two rooms and got one room at 5:30 pm when the check in was for 12 and there was a constant delay

The staff's behaviour was very good, and the ambience was too good, proper light, ac & window great

They asked me to pay extra 1000 for 2 days i showed him make my trip app through which my room was booked. He refused and told there is no room available and if u want u need to pay 500 for each day and his behaviour was rude. Kindly please take action about this

Negatives room is so so different from pictures. No windows in my room. Hotel asked for extra money at checkin. Positives: staff were helpful. Ac was working. Walkable distance from us embassy. No cockroaches. Can get airport bus from right in front of the hotel. Room was decent.

Very bad place. Not clean. They didn’t clean after previous check out, dirty bad sheet, pillow etc. Not provide bathroom use like soap, towel etc. Even they didn’t clean dustbin. They charge extra 500 at the time of check in. Totally disgusting.

The room was not so clean and tv was not working. I want to modify my booking dates that was also not accepted.

The hotel was not even 1 percent what was given in picture. And the bedsheet and pillow was so dirty.

Pets cleaning is required. Lots of insects cockroaches roam inside the room. Informed the same to the receptionist but he has taken my advise very casualy.

The hotel is extremely dirty they don't clean rooms and they will enter your room when ever you go outside without informing you. And all the rooms have some issues and the worst is bed bugs please don't book this hotel ever if you want a pleasant stay. You can't sleep at night because people are always fighting outside and no tv and no hot water in some rooms, if you ask for tv they'll say no recharge. Staffs are alright but i think management is just horrible and they want to ignore all the existing issues

Hotel's room are too bad as they had shown in pictures. Many cockroaches in room. Poor service. Room light doesn't work. Fan not worked properly. I prefer to all, don't go there

I came to stay with my family, but i encountered some issues during my hotel stay. The glass in the bathroom was broken, and the blanket provided was very dirty. This compromised the overall experience and safety, particularly due to the broken glass. I would not recommend staying here, especially considering the state of the bathroom and the provided amenities.

Experience was very bad they have charges extra 300- for giving another room but they didn't give us the booked room and told that no rooms were available. This was very disappointed for me and never experienced such unexpected things.

The hotel refused to give me a room and said to go to nearby hotel which was charging extra money. This was the worst booking from makemytrip i have ever done. I could not even contact any makemytrip customer care as it was a robot and wasn't showing the hotel booking

We booked this property via mm t and after looking at the condition. However, after reaching they provided us with room 110 which is on the last side of the property and it was full of cockroaches and ladies' hair. The room has no ventilation and it's the kind of room where newbies come to spend their pvt time. It's a place for couples to have their boom boom without any interfere. Never recommend to family or business trips.

I was given a very small room that had no daylight, zero windows. The regulator was not working,

Cockroaches, stay for 2days but room was never cleaned even once. No change of linen, old pillow cover after requesting also they didnt change as they said linens not available now will change once when available but it did-int happen in 2days stay
