All is well, television is a not in working conditions. hotel approach is very good, cooperative staffs.

There were multifarious lapses. The washroom was awful. Taps were leaking. The geyser was not functioning at all. There was no lift in the hotel to climb upto 2nd floor.

Spotless room with soft bedding and calming arrangements. Staff made sure everything was smooth and hassle-free.

Average hotel there's huge difference between pics and reality. Staff behavior was good there is no kitchen you have to order through zomato or swiggy.

..the stay at the hotel "arena villas" was a completely satisfying experience!..it was complete value for the money i spent!..i had visited jaipur to appear for a competitive exam, and was looking for a palace where i can stay peacefully without having to undergo any sort of hussle!..the hotel was exactly the same; i got everything i needed!..the hotel manager bhaiya was very cooperative!..he made sure i didn't have any problems while staying there!..i recommend anyone planing to make a visit to jaipur to give this hotel a try..you won't regret!..thank you!😊

Unhygienic and dirty bedding, bathrooms not clean. Taps & shower in the bathroom were clogged.

Hotel is good, room size is average, cleaning is good and cherry of the top, hotel manager is very well behaved and good person.

Had a very good stay, owner atul is an excellent host and helped me with all my needs as i was travel-ling with my 10 month old kid. The place was clean and well managed. Atul even got my car tyre fixed while i was away. Recommended.

The owner's behaviour is very good, but make my trip is listing this hotel at a very high price, that should be a 1st star hotel with no kitchen and no basic ammenties, no kettle even, no lift, very small size rooms with no. Staff. The hote l price range should be under 1500 but make my trip charging 3150 for this room feeling cheated from male my trip
