Om Niwas - Heritage Suites

Staff behaviour was very good and breakfast was delicious but I actually went there to celebrate my birthday and staff somehow forgot to sent cake to my room after multiple reminder whereas cake was complimentary in our stay for the birthday:anniversary. Did not find it value for money .

Great stay! Food was good, service was good. Property is good! Would like to stay there again! Liked the separated dining/living areas and the bedroom area.

Our stay at om niwas suite hotel was very comfortable. Room was clean and had all amenities including a kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and the food was good. The restaurant staff were very nice and delivered food as per our preference.

The suite room was quite spacious in a quiet locality. The behavior of the hotel staff was the best part. The restaurant food had a lot of variety and they also customized some items according to our taste. The room had 2 heaters which kept us warm. The outside decor was like a small palace and it looked lovely at night when lights turned on. There is also a small lawn with chairs. The room even had a small balcony. Overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone going to jaipur

It was a wonderful experience staying at Om Niwas Suite Hotel. The best part is that property is neat and clean with special focus on wash rooms. The staff is well behaved & polite. People at front desk like Tushar, Harshit & Ajay were very nice & welcoming. The chef is very good and he shared all details about the kind of food available and served us freshly prepared ( like home made) meals. Overall it was wonderful and I would strongly recommend people to experience this property, once at least. Thank you Team Om Niwas.

Room was okayish too much noise from parking area was coming in our room would be choosing another room in our next visit also the room was overpriced at mmt as compared to normal booking charges so unnecessary charge paid for average room through your app

I would give this hotel a 2.5-star rating based on the service and my overall experience. While the hotel is generally well-maintained and presents a clean and fresh appearance, certain aspects fell short of expectations. The entire hotel premises were impeccably clean and hygienic. The room we booked was also well-maintained, with proper cleanliness and utilities. It was spacious, featuring two balconies that enhanced the experience. The kitchen was equipped with an oven, fridge, and kettle, fulfilling basic needs. The bathroom, attached to the bedroom, had two sections—a shower and a toilet—separated by a mirrored door. The bed was comfortable, and all other amenities in the room, such as air conditioning, television, sockets, and switches, were functioning perfectly. However, the service was not up to the basic standard expected from a 3-star hotel. During our two-day stay, no one came to clean the room, despite our request. We were told it would be done the next morning, but it never happened. We had to repeatedly request towels, which they initially promised to deliver in a few minutes but later ignored. Similarly, when we asked for plates, we had to call multiple times before they were finally provided. Additionally, the elevator was under renovation and not functional, yet no discount was offered, and we were charged the full price for our stay. This meant we had to repeatedly climb up and down from the third floor. There was also a concerning issue with privacy and security. While we were in the garden, someone was spying on us from a window. We reported this to the reception, but their response was dismissive, simply saying, "We will check," and then ignoring the matter. Overall, while the room stay was comfortable, the service and other aspects were disappointing. If the staff had been more attentive to guest requests and provided better service, I would have recommended this hotel to others.

Nice property. The room size is bigger than the other property available at this tariff. The food served is also sumptuous.

The hotel is listed as pet friendly but we were told that only one particular room was available for guests with pets ! i was given an upgrade from mm t while booking, and the room they gave us was in bad condition. It would have saved us a lot of hassle of finding another hotel if they would not have been listed as pet friendly.

Comfortable stay. Cordial staff. Room and kitchen are well maintained with good hygiene. Peaceful location. They allowed us early check in.

Location. Was cental, food was like home made, light on the stomach, especially good for long stay. The services has lot of personal touch

The property is amazing beautiful huge area with trees, gardens. Flowers. Swimming pool the entire property area is fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and maharaja style neat and clean. The dining hall is huge, big, can accommodate 500 guests. The food quality is very good. Service is good.

The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably furnished for a good stay. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and pleasant and goes out of the way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. They also kindly upgraded me to a larger room. It's away from the noise but also close to all important places. Definitely and highly recommend this place if you are planning your travel to jaipur.

The property is located close to major attractions and yet is away from the hustle and bustle of the city! the interiors are so well done! gives you a feel of rajasthan royalty, opulence and hospitality. The staff is super helpful. The food at the restaurant amaltas was finger-licking good! their in house bakery also offers a delectable range of products! took my parents along and they had a fabulous time as well! thank you to the hotel for a remarkable experience!
