My experience was very good. Property is near to the Jaipur Railway station. Room was clean and furnished. Geyser connection was available. Hotel members were polite and helpful. Terrace seating was available with beautiful decoration with plants. Food was bit expensive and the portion size was also small according to me.

When I reached there, the basement was full of water and it was kind of very disgusting and inconvenient. Area of improvement - I wasn't feeling any air circulation on lower bed, fan wasn't enough, you guys need to work upon it. I had posted bad ratings but the best part was Washroom/Bathroom was very clean, and I loved that part. Keep it up. - But improve your fan and air circulation system.

Terrible Stay

Staff behaviour was rude. They were not co-operative at all. Every-time i have to walk to reception for asking even for a water bottle. They were making noises outside our room. Bathroom was the worst part since water leakage was the main issue. Doors locks were working properly. Every-time i was compel to ask staff for opening the door. Only a loo pyaaz was good with chai. Nothing else. I won't recommend anyone to stay here. Absolutely not worth to stay here.

Just ok ok travel stay.

The bunk beds was not up to the mark. While in night beds were not stable. They even not provided towels or water bottles to us. We decided to book room later to see condition but realise not good enough to stay in bunk bed. They says full charge will help to pay after offering to pay differce. Don't like the behaviour. Most hotels upgraded this option if customer nit satisfy.

Poor Stay

When i booked this stay, it looked like a pretty good place to stay for a night. Photos were showing lockers, good lighting, beautiful common area, etc. But when i checked in, the manager denied the locker facility saying that the guests took all the keys and there are no lockers available. It was very inconvenient for me because i had my exam and i could not take anything with me as nothing was allowed in the examination. However, on many requests, another manager was sweet and he gave me the keys without any arguments. The dormitory room was good but the people were creating nuisance at the time of sleeping. Neither did they sleep nor did they let others sleep properly. The crowd was somewhat cheap.

Good Stay

Good place to stay as it's near the jaipur railway station. Staff is helpful. Food service needs to be improved. I ordered something but it wasn't delivered fully. Also delivery is slightly delayed. You have to wait till 8am for morning tea. Rooftop restaurant is nice and relaxing. Thanks
