Charming Heritage Stay with Warm Hospitality but Needs Service Tweaks

My parents recently stayed at Shahpura House for 2 nights. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The property has a regal charm and the ambience truly gives a heritage vibe. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful, some of the nicest people we’ve come across. Their hospitality deserves a special mention. However, the service was noticeably slow, which was a bit of a letdown. We had booked the stay through MakeMyTrip, and one important point to highlight is that the photos showed bathtubs and certain amenities that were not available in the room allotted. It’s a big mismatch and affected expectations. On the brighter side, the food and breakfast spread were delicious, a good mix of local and continental options, and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. All in all, a memorable heritage experience with a few things to improve, but the warm staff and good food make it worth considering.

Had a wonderful experience at Mandava Haveli. The stay was truly memorable—my room had a beautiful outer seating area just outside, which added a peaceful touch to the whole vibe. The pool was absolutely superb, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The staff was exceptionally helpful, going out of their way to help decorate the room for my wife’s birthday, making the celebration even more special. The food I ordered was delicious and well-prepared. Only suggestion would be to enhance the breakfast menu with more variety, but overall, it was a fantastic stay. Would definitely recommend this place for a cozy and charming getaway.
