I stayed at Zone by The Park for three days and had a smooth, comfortable experience. The location is easy to reach and close to most places we needed. Check-in was quick, the staff were warm and helpful, and any requests were handled fast. The room was clean with a comfy bed, good AC, and a tidy bathroom with steady hot water. Breakfast had enough variety and tasted good, and room service arrived hot and on time. Overall, great value and I’d happily stay here again.

familyIt's a decent property located at short distance of major tourist spot. Celebration suite was spacious with bath tub, shower area and two toilet. Food was good staff was kind and helpful. Swimming pool in rooftop was small and full of pigeons, couldn't use it.

I never reached the hotel as my train got cancel-led due to punjab band on 30th. Asked you for refund there and then but you people never responded. Kindly refund the booking amount talked to your officials also. Not got the refund of canceled train ticket also. I think i should put this on twitter
