location,food amenities and services not good. we didnt had the food already we paid the food. on ground floor, it is too smell in corridor and bathroom

Rooms are having Limited facility with wires not properly ventilated. tv was not working in room no 207. View and ventilation was good. Ac is on but cooling is not working. Hotel provides shampoo, dental kit, soap . From safety point of viewhotel is very much safe and staff is courteous and good. Food is very tasty. But kitchen service is a bit slow. Receptionist Mr. Gupta is very good, understanding person and good. Night duty Manager is not at all serious towards his duties. Never attends phone at reception and does not understands requests/orders. Other hotel staff /waiters have changed and not better than previous employees. i had stayed here in January 2025 and staff was very good, taken order in one go and provided excellent service. new staff is untrained and unprofessional. does not provides glasses with dinner order. serving tray was not clean. overall 3 stars out of 5. would suggest owner to review staff once .

Check-in was smooth and the room was ready. Lock was not available on hire for the room, Lighting in the room was very dull. Toilet hand spray holder was loose,No space / corner available for keeping soap in bathroom.

Thank you for asking, it was terrible experience. We pre booked for stay for convience, we updated the staff about our late night arrival still when we reached they referred us to another hotel during midnight which caused us immense problem. The staff too was very rude.

The hotel was okay. The staff was cooperative. The only issue I see was the bathroom. It had Indian commote in it. Still it was an okay experience.

Property was good, food was average, room service below average (plating and service poor).

Bad experience totally disappointed, everything is totally different from the uploaded pictures. No room service no hot water no food no cleaning no hygiene. Rooms are in so bad condition. No proper bed and pillows. Serving used bed sheets or towel. the real room are totally different or in so bad condition.

I stayed in this hotel the staff here did not talk nicely and were talking in a high voice and 4 people came and stood near me and I got scared and said that these people might kill me and when I said for breakfast that my room is free then their manager said that you will have to pay extra money manger said . sir my breakfast is free then why should I give extra money . 1-Yesterday I gave the hotel keys to the manager and asked him to get the room cleaned but the room was not cleaned and the bed was also not cleaned properly and the bath towel was also not changed

Room were clean, service was good except the behaviour of receptionist he was totally rude with the customer

The Hotel was good and for online booking they gave us 3rd floor which is little old furnishing while 1st floor is good our AC was not working so they changed our room. breakfast was good as paneer paratha and curd along with tea at room Service only. Cleanliness was also quite good abbience was good for visitor sraff is very much helpful and polite with tourist friendly behaviour
