I stayed at Zone by The Park for three days and had a smooth, comfortable experience. The location is easy to reach and close to most places we needed. Check-in was quick, the staff were warm and helpful, and any requests were handled fast. The room was clean with a comfy bed, good AC, and a tidy bathroom with steady hot water. Breakfast had enough variety and tasted good, and room service arrived hot and on time. Overall, great value and I’d happily stay here again.

Review: Location of hotel Zone By The Park is good. Breakfast was excellent.Rooms were neat and clean. Stay was comfortable.

It's a decent property located at short distance of major tourist spot. Celebration suite was spacious with bath tub, shower area and two toilet. Food was good staff was kind and helpful. Swimming pool in rooftop was small and full of pigeons, couldn't use it.

My stay at this hotel was the most terrible experience, staff at reception was rude, charged extra , bedsheet was stained,phone was not working I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel

I never reached the hotel as my train got cancel-led due to punjab band on 30th. Asked you for refund there and then but you people never responded. Kindly refund the booking amount talked to your officials also. Not got the refund of canceled train ticket also. I think i should put this on twitter

Totally worst experience, they had charged 1500/- extra to me to allow my guest into the room and their behaviour is very rude and completely unprofessional, please avoid to stay if you have guest to visit and see you
