Good place to chill with family but few constraint due to heritageproperty
Pros - Spacious place - Large green garden - food taste good - location is easily accessible with all monuments - heritage feel is awesome Cons - Delay room service - Corridors were covered with glasses , so no ventilation is corridors - Heritage rooms are not accessible for senior citizens due to stairs Summary Good place to chill with family but few constraint due to heritage property.

Worst experience ever! The hotel looks NOTHING like the photos. There are actually two parts – one is the main hotel and the other is some shady apartment building where they guestsThis was never mentioned at the time of booking. Not a Good Place to Stay
Room was pathetic. The service was really bad and whenever whenever we used to call the service people, I know for the room service, they used to come like after half an hour and every time we have to call back and tell them you know why why people have not come so they say that they're coming on the way very bad was really really bad and on top of that on top of that, the behaviour and the reception was like you know we asked like if you can do something better to upgrade the room or something they were like we can't do anything. I will charge you and it was very rude and literally we didn't like the service at all very bad. I'll definitely not recommend anyone to go and stay in this property. The service was pathetic and the behaviour at the reception was very rude to any customer. The room was not clean and the bathroom was also very dirty. No toiletries and not clean at any place. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. Taking so much of money and giving this service. Worst place to stay.

Overall stay was very good , food and rooms are everage. But AC in our room was not ok , it keeps turning off after every 30 minutes .

Just a pretty looking vintage style traditional property on the outside. Airy and green areas. But the rooms need to be redone. Paint was a little off from some areas. The apartment seemed like a home but sans the beauty. Only one socket in the whole room. The service is very slow. Phones donot get answered quickly. Food was tasteless. Not much of a spread they call buffet. Situated in the heart of the city with all major attractions within 15 mins . Apart form the locale and outer beauty, not much on offer.

worth for money paid. it's an apartment at the back of the palace. The location of the hotel is good as it's within the city. the rooms could have been better.

Terrible Stay
We were forced to abandon our stay because the property was dirty, filthy and unhygienic condition. The condition it was in was apalling. Last minute booking another hotel was so difficult and we lost so much money. Would never recommend this shoddy hotel to anyone.

Nightmare stay, will never go again.
Where to start? The rooms were horrible: dirty floors, smelly mattress, moldy pillows, old TV, basic amenities were lacking in the bathroom and worst of all, unhygienic food.

Poor Maintenance, Poor Experience
Not even worth . I booked this hotel inclusive of taxes. The rooms were bad, no proper maintenance of the place. There was a huge huge bee hive in the attached balcony. The room was supposed to be in palace but our room was given in the apartment which was behind the palace. No proper parking area. We ordered tea and it was also not good. Poor experience. Never going to book this place again at all.
