I recently stayed at **Hotel Jenus**, and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. First of all, the **location of the property was very inconvenient and difficult to reach**. It was nothing like what was presented online. Secondly, **the room provided was completely different from the photos shown on MakeMyTrip**. The actual condition and appearance of the room did not match the pictures at all. Even the **exterior of the property looked very different compared to the images uploaded on the MakeMyTrip app**. This felt misleading. While the staff response was **okay**, the overall experience was **not good** the available restaurant didn't respond for food order and definitely not worth what was expected based on the online listing. I hope the property improves its transparency and updates its photos so that travelers are not misled in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Jenus, booked through MakeMyTrip, and everything exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, well-maintained, and spotless.
