Good location, neat and clean room and washroom. Food quality good but service was poor in restaurant. Only 2 waiters were there, may be shortage of staff on that particular day.

Overall property was good but need some more clening in room Room chair was not comfortable Bedsheet was torn Breakfast buffet was not appropriate But overall food was good and staff also supportive

I was given a very dirty room, the walls were very dirty and when we checked in, they told me to go away on my own, I even took the lift bags myself.

Terrible Stay

photos no attended to attend I have to take my luggage , the room provided by them was dirty room key was not working properly I had to take my luggage to the room the room floor was wet … after 30 mins I left the room and booked another hotel , no excuse no apology , they were like it’s ok checkout no problem

very bad service , i struglled to get a glass of milk for my son from night 2 am to 7 am i called multiple time and also informed phusycally at reception and pantry but no one responded then visited physically asked for milk . even i tried to call for help but unable to connect.

Seepage was sighted and smelling too,spider webs were there in the room,a hair was found in the green salad,when reported to the manager a simple acknowledgement was received without any course of action.

Poor service: no water, slow response, no timely cleaning, leftovers outside for hours. Disappointed.

My recent stay at your hotel was not a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, several aspects of the service fell short of expectations: We did not receive complimentary water, and even the paid bottled water was not provided on time. * The room service was quite slow and unresponsive. * Cleanliness was a major concern. Used utensils and leftover food placed outside by other guests were left unattended for hours, which was unhygienic and disappointing. Overall, the lack of prompt service and cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable. I hope these issues are taken seriously and addressed for future guests.
