Room ws dark no proper lighting, even in daytime it ws dark staff is cooperative n try to provide whatever they can. Basic amenities missing lk kettle, cup tea peroration items. Cleanliness was not upto mark. Didn’t like it at all

The hotel was good. But the issue was of services most of the points mentioned are not provided.1.Complementary Mineral water not provided(mentioned over.2.Set top box available but not recharged. Even though it's being asked to receptionist, but not done by them.3.For cleaning keys were handed over to them, but when we returned it was untidy.4.Twice the same thing told to receptionist then house keeping staff came. It was awkward that while we were in the room housekeeping team was working.

Staff was not wearing masks. There was no cleanliness in the room and washroom. Toiletries were not available. Food was too oily and lacking taste. There was hint of bad smell in the sheets. Water was not provided. Lights were not switched on in the corridor. There was darkness all around the room as well. Room was not properly maintained, wallpapers were coming off.
