We travelled in group and the service is not up to the mark, they didn’t even provide the room sleepers after 4-5 times The Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid Vesta International at All Costs I regret ever booking this hotel. From the moment I enteredr. The intercom phone was not working and the service is not provided by the working staff. Rude behaviour if ask about the room service Bad Odour Everywhere: The entire hotel smells foul, from the lobby to the corridors. It feels suffocating. Pathetic Service: The staff are , arrogant, and completely unprofessional.

the room was cleaned but when it comes to the fridge and the lamps they are not clean and fridge not working as what a 4 star hotels must have. the door lock was little loose have to push it hard to get properly locked. The ac is working good but youre not able to down your rooms temperature when you feel cold after sometime.. so you have to turn it off. Rooms electricity is not connected to the key when inserted so your ac and lights will be always turned on unless you turn them off before leaving the room

Room was clean, neat and large. Location is good. Hotel is very close to the railway station, and has a metro station nearby. Food was tasty.

The hotels food is not good and the restaurants staff service is very bad, rooms of the hotel is nice and location is also good but the service of the hotel is not satisfying. But makemytrip is so good for services and customer satisfaction.

Hotel is near to station so location perfect. But still say that kindly arrange early check in when requested becoz 2 PM check in time is really not justified for working people breakfast and dinner was good and staff humble.

Pros: Good Location near to major sight seeing places. Cons: No basic foot mat in the room, room floor was not clean, bathroom fittings and switches are very old, needs refurbishment.

Property is well maintained and staff is very good and polite

Stay was good, rooms were clean and staff helpful, but the food was just average and could improve.

Old property, broken Bass basin, blocked tabs, old wooden flooring, unmanaged property. Not want to try again.

It was nich experience the hotel room was so good and decent. The staff behaviour was so good overall my experience was great.

Very bad experiences room was very unhygined intercom was not working priperly very bad room service compalined regarding above many times but no response.

The hospitality was not good, First they tried to convinced to stay at two single bed room, despite of I have booked only double bed room. Then they asked us to wait in common area, where there were no AC, fan even drinking water. After 1 hour they provided another room. Room was smelly , Bathroom was smelly. When I call the reception they came after 45 mins. Only 1 person was there for everything which taking time. I had to call for everything. It was 3 star property not 4 start as I did not match the 4 star property standard

Average stay Not worth the Money paid for the stay.

I book suits room was pathetic. I need ice but boy says ice not avelable. I ordered food it’s comes after 1 hours. Not recommend this hotel . From my side -10 points

Property is very old, Not maintain Properly, dirty rooms

Property location is very good.. close to railway station, metro, Albert museum and etc. We opted for the breakfast also with room, it is very good with good number of varities. Swimming pool is neat and clean, but pool surroundinga could have been much better. Stay is good experience is also good facility everything is good

t is the inform you that my visit at hotel Vista International is highly unsatisfactory and not good. My booking for 2 room , one is two bed and one is three baded, but they give me two bedroom of two bed, they not give me three baded room as per the booking done by me. In night food given to us is not good, they served food is not hot . In the morning breakfast services are very slow. Even the AC and exhaust are not working . I need my compleat refund of my money because hotel is not given services as per your recommendation and charges.

cleaning is not good even in washrooms .we never recommend this hotel to anyone mmt pls make this issue highlight

The experience was really worst. Before checking into the hotel we called the hotel and asked them to keep the room clean before our check in time but when we checked in the room was very untidy, also the furniture was all broken. Secondly it was booked for 2 adults but the amenities like tooth brush packs and all were just single we had to ask them to give 1 extra as we were 2 persons to stay and also even after saying they didn't kept the same for the next day again we had to ask for their service. Moreover the amenities that were written like iron and other things were no where in the room. The washroom shower was not working and the handwash dispenser was barely working. The food quality was really bad and too expensive..even after telling them the cooking instruction they didn't prepared the way we wanted. It was tooo much expensive and even after that the quantity and quality was worst. All the staff was all the time waiting for tips and the service quality was 3rd class. Adding on in front of the hotel there was some construction going on which kept even till at 10 pm in the night which made us unable to open the windows and it was really difficult to sleep because the construction work was too noisy, the welding work was going on till 11 pm in the night making it so noisy. Is this how we are suppose to treated if we book the room beforehand and also pay the full amount. Hence in short the entire experience was really bad and was not expected while Booking the hotel from mmt. We thought mmt provides the best service but you didn't fullfilled our expectations even a bit
