HOTEL SAGUN

I had very terrible experience about this hotel-cum Dharamshala. The rooms are very dirty and and in the lobby there are very much garbage and there were lots of empty alcohol bottles. I asked for the wifi they disconnected my call and after that landline also not working walls are very dirty there was lots of insects are there in the room. Washroom also not well water is also not available at hotel. I must say Dharamshala is better then this hotel.

Food was good but there was huge difference in the picture of room that was shown on your app and the one we received

Hotel was not good and cleaning and room maintenance not upto the mark, as mentioned in the same not able to get at the hotel as per the ValueStay guaranty, I would recommend to do not mentioned at the portal which is actually not to be provided at the property.

WE STAYED FOR SOME HOURS ONLY BUT HOTEL WAS NEAR TO RAILWAY STATION AND ROOM WAS ALSO GOOD ..VALULE FOR MONEY IS ALMOST MATCHED

Food is Very Good as we enjoyed the food But Hotel Rooms are Too Smaller than we expected. Other than that Over all It's good Stay at Hotel Sagun

Staff is so nice and cooperative, It's best for family stay, he's serving best food quality, and also serve milk for your child.. He's flexible with the timing of Check In and Check Out. Room is neat and clean.. It's too near from Jaipur Station and Metro.

very Bad service. The bathroom was not clean. the room lights were fused. AC was not working. The location was very good very near to Jaipur Railway station

Nice stay but it's costly. I had stayed 9 hrs but still charges full cost of one day. Please make it affordable

I already paid the stay amount but they didn’t gave me the check in it was horrible experience plz dont visit thie property! The room was untidy and definitely not what is shown in pictures. The bedsheet was stained and blanket was dirty. I had ask them to get it changed, the bedsheet spread was again stained. It was one of the worst experience.

Very bad. It's totally froud. I had booked a hotel through make my trip on 16. 1. 25 and i have not even checked in at the hotel and my money has not been refunded either. My money has been eaten up.

Place was nice and clean and i had a very safe stay being a solo traveller. Staff is very polite and cooperative.

Rooms are average. Bedsheets are not good. Washroom not good. Will definitely not suggest if going with family

Amenities & good service very good hospitality and well mannered staff, with good rooms sanitary is good

The water heater was not common in the bathroom and the elevator was not in a good condition ( unsafe). Room bedsheet was unclean.

This hotel is not good. Dirty room, small room, i book deluxe room. But it's like a ordinary. Bad experience.
