Hotel The Shyam (Near Jaipur Railway Station)

Horrible experience.. female hairs on bed sheet, there was no towel provided after requesting multiple times by saying laundry is yet to come, i had to wipe my body by my cloths, no tooth kit was given even after requesting, when i requested to change room and told issue reception said we dont have 5 stars room even water was provided after requesting twice...in my many years experience this was the worst one

No cleanliness, bed was saggy and dirty bedsheet n pillow cover, no electric cattle,no proper washroom hygiene, uncomfortable, waste of money, We only pass the time to checkout because we pay earlier.

Room is very dirty....Poor Room service....Gathering is not good...washroom not clean properly....

location was good but there was no seperate parking .you would have to park your vehicle on the road side in front of reception, brek fast was very poor and cheap

Facilities were not good as no toilet paper, not mug and no drinking water, not towel .

The hotel was good, service was also nice. But the amenities shown online were not there actually, AC power is cut off automatically after a few minutes. It's a request to the hotel also that please show the amenities which the hotel is providing in actual.

It’s very useless I have visited at least 4 times, doesn’t matter u r a permanently customer AC does not work properly here, d washrooms r dirty, rats roam around d whole night and if your bedsheet gets dirty then u should pay for it m also hotelier nd in know how works hospitality very pathetic service nd m very disappointed I’ll never give anyone suggestions

Everything was prefect the staff was very polite nd good behaviour nd the reception person who the name of mr dk nd mrtofeek literally both r amazing man nd supporter

The location of property was at Sindhi Camp, 500 metres away from Sindhi Camp bus station. The room had various amenities like AC, Refrigerator and many other facilities. The quality of food was excellent. There was only one thing that made me feel bad, the bed sheet was torn. I called at reception twice to change it but they ignored my request.

i was a solo traveller and it is a good location to stay for solo trip and business trip. Nearby you have metro, bus stand and railway connectivity. Rooms are not great but more than average. Staff is friendly.

the hotel facilities are very good and rooms are well furnished and much comfortable. but the rates are to much high as compared to other hotels even the food is costly and not good in taste. also some other extra charges applicable which you get informed at the time of check out. overall the experience was not so good enough.

Nice Location, Rooms are Small but clean . The Behaviour of the staff is helpful. The Price of Property is reasonable.

There were many mouses in my ceiling. Every time it was very unpleasant to take a bath. The room was very average for the type of money they ask for. The bathroom flush wasn’t working properly. The only good thing about the hotel was its location. The staff behaviour was good, but many times my calls to the reception were ignored. You can find a much better hotel in a similar price range.

Good stay , neat and clean , supportive Staff. . .

Room service is not so good. And. Room cleaning is also not so good. Means. Average Cofortable stay. But sometimes something is missing
