charged extra money around rs 800 for early check in. Even though a room was available, I was still charged extra, which seemed to be only because of the hotel’s policy. Secondly, outsiders were not allowed, and I was also asked to pay around ₹1000 for them to stay, which felt quite unreasonable. I believe such policies and charges can create inconvenience for guests, and I request you to kindly review them."

Worst property, worst staff, everything worst

This hotel is an absolute nightmare. The rooms are tiny and shabby, with dirty, unhygienic beds. The toilet is disgusting, broken, and the smell is unbearable — no one can tolerate it. The showers don’t work, the washbasin and taps are rusty, and the windows are so filthy you can’t even see outside. Everything about this place is unhygienic and poorly maintained. Don’t know how MMT has kept it under “MMT Valued Stays.” I would never recommend anyone to stay here This hotel is an absolute nightmare. The rooms are tiny and shabby, with dirty, unhygienic beds. The Byke Resort has a spacious property, but unfortunately, it is poorly maintained. The management staff seems neglectful, as the rooms and bathrooms are not kept clean or in good condition. Everything appears old and worn out, giving the place a rundown feel. While the location is decent, our overall experience was disappointing, and we did not enjoy our stay. Not recommended.

Room pictures does not match with the ones shown on MMT

Room pictures shown on MMT does not match with the actual rooms. We had selected a super deluxe room, first we were provided with a room which did not had any ventilation and was too small, on raising the concerns we got a new room which was comparatively better than the previous one. Bathroom was very small and flush wasn’t working properly. Rooms are very close to each other, you can clearly hear noises from other rooms. Food was okay. Renovation work was going on. Garden grass was not clean neither it was maintained properly. Gyzer was not working, providing hot water in bucket. Mini fridge was not in the room as mentioned in the booking. Bar was there but environment was not at all for family sitting. We have to order in the room only. Quality of food was good and staff was very much cooperative.
