The Grand Hotels and Suites

There were no towels, no extra bed even after booking for 3 people in a room, and the room was full of cockroaches. On top of that, we were never given a key card that actually worked in the lift, we always had to ask the staff to put in the master key so that we could travel to our floor. Terrible.

Rooms are terrible washroom sliding door doesn’t get closed at all. Stinkiest bed ever. Room services and people are pathetic you wont even get sufficient plates and spoon. Worst hotel ever i have experienced

This property is shared property. On the face it look like this is very big hotel. But this hotel only have 3 floors and rest are running by Fern hotel. Also breakfast delivered in room only. Not buffet. Also hotel charged 100 rs per person for amenities and also 200 for common service.

very noise in midnight at 2 am outside our room, our sleep get disturbed ,your hotel staff and the guest near our room shouting very loudly regarding some issues.

property location is under bridge , its name is Grand Anukampa so we confused for finding location Service is not upto the mark as only 1 mobile number available for all rooms and they are busy all time, for 1 small thing they takes 20-25 mins to wait because hotel building is merged with other brands like fern and others so lift is rushy and same swimming pool on terrace and other amenities and parking is so rushy overall experience is ok

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was attentive, rooms were spotless, and the service was seamless. Everything from check-in to checkout was smooth. Definitely one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had — highly recommended!

My stay here was extremely disappointing. They charge an additional ₹300 per stay upon arrival, which feels like a hidden fee buried in their terms and conditions. The room was in poor condition, with cockroaches visible in several areas. Basic amenities like dental kits and hand wash were not provided. There is no in-house food service, and even food deliveries are not allowed to your door—you have to collect your order personally from the reception every time. To make things worse, the pillows and blankets were dirty, showing clear neglect in cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, not worth the price. They seriously need to improve maintenance, transparency, and basic hospitality standards.
