I stayed with my family , Hotel is pretty close to all major attractions, all monuments were just 10 min walk. Rooms were Clean and comfortable, lift was little bit Busy due to crowd but still property has a different vibe , Buffet Breakfast at Aroma was very delicious, I specially liked it's top floor Club .. and view of the city from the top floor was unforgettable. Highly recommend to everyone who is planning to stay for vacations , Value for money and peaceful stay😊

There is no such hotel called The Grand Anukampa Hotels and Suits. Access key given to me without any room #tag and asked to go to 10th flow room # 1066, No such room found. With me 2 families from Punjab. Wasted money and valuable time. MMT should verify the hotels before recommending. Trust breached.

Your claim that "no such hotel exists" is factually incorrect and misleading. You had specifically requested early check-in at 8:00 AM, but as per standard hotel policy, rooms are subject to availability and previous night check-outs. Since rooms were not yet vacated, we could not accommodate an early check-in. Subsequently, you demanded a refund, which we provided without hesitation. As you never stayed with us or used our facilities, posting a negative review about our property is unfair and misrepresents the actual situation. It's not the category of Hotel, rooms are allocated among different companies. No Room Service, No proper Swimming pool however on makemytrip website Pool is one of the important saleing point but it's not there.

This hotel is great. We are on the 5th floor. It has a nice view of the city. Also, there is a terrace on the top floor, which is a restaurant/club and has a view of all the city. Our room is fairly clean, except the washroom door doesn't close properly. The staff are very accommodating. Would definitely rent again.
