They charge extra amount form MRP of water bottle. said ,, It's bring commission, they used of our Aadhar card in public group, No reception counter, extra amount charge after booking when we reached at hotel for cleaning charge 250 rupees,, and room is very dirty, not secured for couples and family's,

Just a bad and worst stay ever i had done

Gud service n excellent room

Very bad experience. I just booked on make my trip . Reach earlier so that I can rest . But they denied to early check in. Demand extra money on calls not even met us as they said they don’t have an individual office or reception to wait . We wait for hour here n there on the other floor so that they can reach us and allow us to check inn .and then a helping staff is send by the manager lady. We had an argument with him due to extra money demand . Then he denied to check us in and tell refund your money wherever u booked .Then I have to booked a random hotel because I have no other option .And still I can’t get my money back from this hotel for not let us check inn and sent this review messages on my WhatsApp. This is what happend when u booked an irresponsible hotel from make my trip . My money just wasted I don’t know what to do with those frauds.

All gud services was very nice

Very bad experience, Your site claimed Room Service, but it was not available at all. I requested for Tea & Coffee it came after about 3 hours when i shouted on Staff. Room Service was Horrible

Dear mm t i am writing to bring to your attention several issues regarding my current stay at the grand anukampa hospitality the condition and services provided by the hotel are far below the promised standards. Kindly review the following concerns and take immediate action: cleanliness issues: the bed sheets and cushions are dirty. Towels provided are not clean, and the blankets are unwashed. Overall, there seems to be no proper cleaning or maintenance by the hotel. Misrepresentation: the property is not a hotel but appears to be an apartment with four floors and around 40 flats per floor. It is not being maintained properly, which is misleading based on the description provided during booking. Lack of basic amenities: the washroom had one shampoo and shower gel on the first day, but they were not replaced afterward (this is now the third day. There is no wi-fi, despite it being mentioned as an available facility. There is no toilet paper in the washroom, and basic items like a hair dryer are missing. Service issues: the staff does not provide service unless explicitly asked, such as replacing towels. I have had to purchase items like shampoo and soap from outside. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and discomfort during my stay. This property does not meet the standard expectations of a hotel, and i am highly dissatisfied with the experience. Request for immediate action: i request a change of hotel immediately to a property that aligns with the promised standards, or a refund so i can book an alternate accommodation. Please ensure appropriate action is taken to address these issues and prevent such experiences for future guests.

Good place for a short stay and closer to airport. Only thing is while ordering from zomato once must proceed towards the lobby.
