Dear mm t i am writing to bring to your attention several issues regarding my current stay at the grand anukampa hospitality the condition and services provided by the hotel are far below the promised standards. Kindly review the following concerns and take immediate action: cleanliness issues: the bed sheets and cushions are dirty. Towels provided are not clean, and the blankets are unwashed. Overall, there seems to be no proper cleaning or maintenance by the hotel. Misrepresentation: the property is not a hotel but appears to be an apartment with four floors and around 40 flats per floor. It is not being maintained properly, which is misleading based on the description provided during booking. Lack of basic amenities: the washroom had one shampoo and shower gel on the first day, but they were not replaced afterward (this is now the third day. There is no wi-fi, despite it being mentioned as an available facility. There is no toilet paper in the washroom, and basic items like a hair dryer are missing. Service issues: the staff does not provide service unless explicitly asked, such as replacing towels. I have had to purchase items like shampoo and soap from outside. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and discomfort during my stay. This property does not meet the standard expectations of a hotel, and i am highly dissatisfied with the experience. Request for immediate action: i request a change of hotel immediately to a property that aligns with the promised standards, or a refund so i can book an alternate accommodation. Please ensure appropriate action is taken to address these issues and prevent such experiences for future guests.
