first very difficult to find hotel because of wrong Google map location and receptionist don't have time to send location on WhatsApp. No towels, No blankets, no soap or handwash. No basic necessities. No food facility in house. It is just a guest house.

Only the location is good, rest everything is poor

Hotel stay was good, but the room service and pantry facility was not good. For any item like water, tea, and cleaning we did 3-4 times call but we didn't get service on time. Even check-in time our room wash room was not clean, we wait around 1-2 hours then finally they provided other room to get fresh.

Worst stay at the hotel, room was not clean. Bathroom dirty.

No call pick on tha after booking and no call pick after reached and no door open so i will stay at other hotal

Property was very bad, dirty not suitable for family trust me. Our around 1000 rs was not refunded even the manager agreed to return. We were told that u will get a voucher in place of refund but the voucher is not serviceable. All loss.

Very comfortable accommodation with good service location is great and breakfast also good priced very well

All the amenities were present and the staff was very helpful and cooperative. Had a great stay at the hotel.

The hotel service was nice, but the rooms provided for three people was not upto the mark. Bachelors who don't have any other options can opt for this hotel as it will be very near to the metro station which is an advantage

The most reasonable prices. Very accommodating staff, all kinds of public transport accessible. The area was crowded because the hotel is in the busiest area. Otherwise it was a great experience

Good sttafs. And good service helpful in nature. But this tym renuation work start of hotel thats why room and hotel will not properly clean

The rooms were really clean. The bathrooms were huge in some rooms. The sanitation and cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The beds and bedsheets were clean and proper. Would recommend for a stay. The food was also really hygienic and affordable. I will surely re-book for another stay.

The room was nothing like it was shown in the pictures. The washroom was filthy and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The room was smelly and the beds were squeaky.

Best service in cheap price, near by bus stand and railway station, easy to convenience, staff behaviour is good.

The ac was very bad and the shower in the washroom was running very slow, room was decent, overall pretty average but decent for the price

It was quite nice to stay there because the owner was really genuine, price wise it was really affordable.

Well stay was excellent, all facilities at affordable price, very good food, great location, safe and sound.

Very bad service, food service takes more than 1 hour to reach our room, if anyone book room online with food i suggest pls. Don't book food service from them because they will charge full amount at hotel also and they give excuses for booking that they can serve only rs. 100- food free if we booked online breakfast or dinner or lunch. In my case i booked two 2 deluxe ac room with breakfast for 1 night and i was shocked at morning when hotel manager asked me to pay breakfast charges when we ready to check-out at mother, hotel manager told me that they can provide only rs. 100- food complimentary, i told him that i had already paid full for breakfast online & i don't take any complimentary service but they did not understand and finally i had paid for breakfast again at hotel in cash. Very bad service by hotel chandra look Jaipur.

It was not as per hotel, lizards were going on, no tea and coffee facilities and no food, also no bathing soap and buckets provided. Sorry very bad experience

Washrooms was broken and suffocated apart from being not clean. Construction of building is like very old and seems like dharamshala. Rooms are small. Bedsheet not clean. Only good part was, their staff was really good.
