Hotel Blue Heaven

I was checked in at night 11.00 am. before Checked in I requested for F&B to be Kept on my room as their Restaurant will close at 10 to 10.30 pm. I was Glad they Kept the Food and beverages without any hesitation and it was fresh. The Hospitality and Quick response of Staffs are applicable. rooms ambience was good and well cleaned room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I love the food which is in reasonable rates and taste was also good. Room was very clean and cozy.

The hotel is just average overall. The rooms and bed are clean, which is a plus, but the bathroom condition is not good and needs improvement. The location is good and convenient, but considering the facilities, the price doesn’t feel satisfactory. It’s okay for a short stay, but not great value for money.

I stayed at the hotel recently and the room was clean, though the hygiene could be improved a bit. Staff was polite and helpful, and the stay overall was peaceful. However, some basic add-ons like an iron and hair dryer were not available, which was a little inconvenient. Vishal handled my check-in and check-out, he was very polite and well-behaved. Overall, a decent stay with scope for improvement.

Pros. 1. Staff were excellent and room was clean. 2. Location is also nearby to railway station Cons: 1. Not at all a family hotel as it houses spa and drinks available in menu. 2. Had a terrible night cos of the ac noise, it was like sleeping next to a generator

foodie sarvice is very bad i ordered dinner at 9:15 pm but they give 11:20 pm breakfast is not given

Nice but bed quality is poor a i am not able to sleep
