Overall an excellent stay experience. Checkin was smooth, food served in the breakfast buffet was amazing. Staff was very courteous and polite. Though Room size was little compact but it was clean and very well organized. The bedding was very comfortable and relaxing. I strongly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and safe stay.

it is a horrible hotel I paid 1700 for day use in which they gave only 3 hrs of stay and also taken extra 1500 in the name of linen and amenities usage the staff is not educated they don't know how to serve customers worst experience in mmt I would rather suggest to choose some other hotel than this one

Location is good but every thing is mess in Hotel. Food quality is so so ,amenity is also old .Morning breakfast was horrible all food was not Hot when I ask for heating of good told me will check .I i ordered plain Dosa was not served after 30 min .I recommend don't stay in Hotel.

Very unfriendly and troublesome experience. Rooms are small with very poor finishing. Breakfast is below average maybe of level of any 2 star property.

Very good vibe, courteous and very active staff, always ready to listen to you and help to the best possible way, Rajat was really nice and very helpful throughout my stay for 8-9 days. Renu is very good. cleanliness in and around is very good. Though the key card got inactive twice but very quickly and easily resolved by front desk staff (may be some number of usage or security kind of thing). but overall Excellent.
