Poor Room Condition and Overpriced Stay
My experience at Nirwana Hometel, Jaipur was disappointing. The room condition was far below expectations — unclean and poorly maintained. compared to the rate offered directly by the hotel. Overall, it did not feel worth the cost and needs major improvement in maintenance and transparency in pricing.

Overall OK stay
A hotel for quick one or two nights stay! Amenities provided for the price is OK! Location is near to railway station & omni bus stop this is good, and that's the challenge as well.. The bus honk sound is tough to manage for us (and family young kids - very tough); night if you sleep after 11 then you are good, but, it starts from 5.30am! Breakfast is not bad if included in Room rent at discounted price. If you stay in fourth floor especially on weekends/party days, and if you dont like music or sound then you can't manage... Ramawat Kachori shop is very near by - give a try :-)...

A decent stay but little overpriced for ageing propert
location is in central jaipur, very near to bus stand, railway station and other markets. Rooms are decent but ageing now, bed is not so comfortable as the springs are too soft for back. Service was fine as we stayed for 2 nights, housekeeping did a decent job. had to ask for water bottles. The front desk is average as they took 30-40 mins for check-in. Breakfast spread was good and tasty. had both indian and continental items. non-vegetarians would be little disappointed as they would have only eggs for breakfast.

Rooms are good , Food is not as they serve totally cooler breakfast also at Adda it’s too loud music that no one can seat staff have zero knowledge about the menu only one girl roaming here and there who doesn’t know anything about menu

The property was excellent with really nice rooms and great location. However, the food services at both facilities in the hotel left much to be desired. Additional, some additional toiletries could have put in the room.

The stay was excellent, the staff is extremely professional, the food was great and the vibes were surreal. On top of all the rooftop jaipur adda is cherry on top !!! 10/10 solid place to stay !!!

Very pleasant experience
It was a pleasant stay. Good location. Very cooperative staffs. Suite rooms were not big enough to accommodate 3 people but sufficient for 2. Very neat, clean & convenient ambience.

Good Stay
All over the stay was fine . Resturant staff was too good. Few points where hotel can improve their service. 1. They should provide a person to take the guest luggage and them to the concerned room at the check in. 2. Put a sensible receptionist. 3. Bit more cleaner rooms needed as per their rating and charges.

Terrible Stay
Very bad experience, very small room and DJ sound continues throughout the night, talk to any staff but no one listens.

Behavior/response of receptionist (boy snd girl ) at reception was not friendly Waiting time at reception even I hv already paid by makemytrip. My booking was inclusive of breakfast and dinner ; there was no buffet dinner during dinner menu was not given and only 1-2 dishes available which dictated by staff and restricted If I spend 1500 out side; it will be lavish dinner

Excellent Stay
Hotel was neat and clean. Staff is very helpful and supporting. Buffet was excellent As well as room service is fast. Hotel has a nice ambience and location is also quite good, everything thing is available nearby

Good Stay
Good maintained property, service is quick, staff is courteous.. location is also accessible. breakfast menu could be more advanced but they do prepare live on request items such as dosa or omlette.

Nice and Comfortable Stay
Location is good, near to railway station and bus stand. Rooms were clean and had all basic amenities (excluding comb and toothpaste - BYO). Breakfast was Nice

Average Experience
Small Room which also need maintenance. Room service and housekeeping team service was fast and nice. Smell in corridor and lift area. Breakfast was not good, you are serving very few items and they all was tasteless and cold. Staff is good. Suggestion: increase some snacks and food items in your room service menu.

Good Stay
Overall good! The room was good but small in the area. There should be a table in the room for dining. The stay was good, the staff was cooperative. Even, the toiletries were of good quality. It was a nice stay at Nirwana hometel !!
