The hotel and the rooms are very good, food is average, services are bit expensive, and please provide celing or wall fans in the room.

1. Property location is good. 2. Warmth and welcoming of reception was average. No greetings, no welcoming attitude observed. 3. No Minibars are available in the room as mentioned in their profile. When asked, housekeeping had no explanation. 4. No 24*7 in room dining service is available, as in theit profile. First day they said its available till 1 am only. Second day they said its available till 2 am!! Contradictions! 5. Housekeeping was bit ok. 6. Breakfastwas good. 7. Nothing warmth in the behaviour of staff. Ovetall its an average hotel for short trips. Not recommended for staycation, holiday or for a family trip.
