The food is good, the location is also ok, overall facilities are ok but the swimming pool needs more maintenance and regular cleaning because there are pigeon droppings around and inside the pool. Rooms are neat and clean but there is no parking facility inside the hotel premises so you need to park your car outside the hotel premises.

Staff is totally unprofessional. Asked a staff girl at the restaurant to just wash the bottle of my toddler. And the girl kept ignoring .. and this happened 4-5 time. Ultimately I complained at the reception about this. For which they called her and she did not show up. Infact the same happened with the same fellow customer staying who asked her for a cup of tea in breakfast. She again kept ignoring the customer requests. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. The next night I stayed at Hotel Novotel very close to this and the experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly with the kid. Served her .. attended her actually took care of her. So yaaah..

What I liked: 1. Location The hotel is in Sitapura Industrial Area, near the Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre. This makes it convenient if you have business in the industrial area, or exhibitions to attend. Even though it's slightly away from the tourist-heart of the old city, travel was manageable. 2. Rooms & Comfort Stayed in a Deluxe Room. It was spacious (~262 sq ft) with a comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, soundproofing, and all basic amenities (TV, mini-bar, tea/coffee maker, bottled water etc.). Housekeeping was prompt and clean. 3. Facilities & Amenities The rooftop swimming pool was a big plus; nice place to relax in the evening. Gym is decent if you want to workout. Free parking and good internet/WiFi throughout were helpful. Room service (24-hour) was available. 4. Dining The hotel has multiple food options. Breakfast buffet is good. The restaurant “All Spices” is part of the hotel and offers a variety of cuisines. Staff are generally polite during dining service.
