I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel and unfortunately, I had to carry my luggage from my car to my room by myself. My car remained parked outside on the road throughout the night, as I found that the hotel staff was too busy to assist with these basic services. I understand that things can get busy, but the level of service was not up to the standard I expected from your establishment.

Hy Team.. I always used to stay at this property even our corporate prefers this Property. But this time things were not good as the male reception guy was very much rude from the Check-In. secondly no Dental Kit, No Slippers, No Towels were there in room. I called thrice at reception as per my needs at last reception guy stated that, " ek baar maanglo jo chahie" which feels like I am staying for free!
