Location is good, service is not upto mark though staff is very co-operative .

Filthy room. Stained bedsheets. Torn mattress. Random hairs on the floor. Cockroaches crawling. No towels, soap or anything else was provided. Very bad experience overall. Would not recommend.

This hotel stay was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy, with dirty sheets, a horrible smell, and a sticky floor . The bathroom was moldy and barely functional no toiletries are available . Staff were rude and unhelpful, and noise made it impossible to sleep. There were no useful amenities, and even the Wi-Fi barely worked. Overall, the place was , mismanaged, and completely unworthy of even one star also not safe for woman and families . Avoid it at all costs

Hotel room was stinking, Bedsheets were in pathetic condition, owner did not changed those after repeated request, ants were there in entire room, immediately with in 5 mins we checked out from property and booked Radisson hotel from MMT itself, that can be checked upon by you, terrible terrible experience

Location is good...room is good..but the service need to improve..i demand 4 time to water but they can't serve..at the end i walk to shop and buy 2L package drinking water.

The was not as per image shown, bedsheet was dirty and bathroom has a foul smell and there were no amenities available. I had to pay for water. while booking it was mentioned the towel, toiletries, mineral water. None of the things were in the room.

rooms are not maintained properly. water logging in bathroom, dust on the floor, problem in gate lock, rude behaviour of staff. overall very tormenting experience.

This hotel was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the beautiful view from my room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Poor experience, they don't even offer a dental kit. the bottle of water they provide is bisleri but it is not sealed. bathroom is in shabby condition. the second room had cockroaches.
