The location was right on the main road. The staff behaviour was friendly. as a solo female traveler I felt safe and sound. the only defect I could find was the pack of charging points for my laptop. I had to use the one for the TV

Pathetic rooms and arrogant manager...rooms are too bad..nothing near to what provided in pictures...dead insects all over the room floor and dirty bedsheets

Stayed during nights-11pm to 7:30am, so cant add anything specific. Rooms decent would compliment for absolute clean toilet/washroom of room no. 408. Good sleep as no disturbance inspite being so close to the road during that time slot i mentioned earlier.

Please not stay in this hotel. during check in time management will ask for extra Rs.300 or else they will cancel your booking. Room is very dirty. Hotel food service is also not available

I ordered for 2 cups of coffee. It came after approx 1 hour which is why I didn't even order lunch. The reception staffs were rude. The receptionist did not bother to check his payment details and told me I didn't pay. I tipped the waiter for bringing coffee late but the receptionist thinks I didn't pay the bill for the coffee which is absolutely disgusting for me. Typically a cheap type hotel behaviour. Plug points were not working. TV has limited channels basically with channels which no one watches.

The property name was different. The representatives of the property did not respond to my call as well as your call. So I was forced to stay in another hotel. Your representative did not arranged alternative for us. kindly arrange for cancel with this property immediately and also refund my booking amount immediately.

Very unhappy with the property. This is worst hotel and worst staff. The photographs and actual rooms are not at all matching. It's OYO lower grade rooms. Booked for stay with breakfast, internal property is not informed about it also the room booking was not showing to them, i had to personally identify and show them.

Property was good. Best location anyone can find easily. Food was so good as always hygiene maintained and 10 on 10 in safety.

Room was not available when I checked in and I was told that although I have confirmed booking on MMT they have no rooms and I have to find a alternative accomdation .This is my second such experience in O hotel booked thru MMT (In me last experience hotel was not at the location and I have to search a alternative accomdation in Early morning with my family) and I suggest to avoid booking O hotel and request MMT to remove from there set of hotels as this will spoil our trust on MMT.
