Rooms were clean and tidy and good hygiene was maintained. Should provide complimentary heaters during the stay or it would cost same as the room rent. Tv is not functional which hotel staff and hotel food is way too expensive to order.

there was a lack of cleanliness in the room. Towel condition was that of a mop and bedsheet was stained which they changed on request. At the time of check out they charged me extra money for breakfast when my booking included breakfast. I had paid 500 extra for booking with breakfast so overall very bad experience.

The hotel winner inn is very bad. The behavior of the front desk staff was also very bad. My room was booked 4 days ago but the hotel staff did not give me the same room but I waited for 1:30 hours and then the staff asked for more money to give me another room😡.

Hot water available anytime in bathroom and room was very clean and hotel services is very good please stay this hotel

Room is neat and clean but bathroom is not too good but it is ok you can stay here for 2 to 3 days only room is not so big.

Hotel located in narrow streets no parking was available ( had to pay extra for paid parking far away from hotel) had to pay 30% extra fees (over and above already paid amount) uncooperative staff

I booked a room from make my trip when we visit in a hotel they denied to give us room because all rooms are already full they don't even solve our problem they said it not our problem it is make my trip app issue they confirm booking without talking us. We face so much problem in a night they customer executive hold our call near 20 _25 min they don't even provide us another accommodation don't trust on them they present false less charges of hotel it is actually double when we visit in hotel

Bedsheet is not clean, floor is also very dirty. There is no soap or no shampoo in washroom. After call he gave us only soap. Room is also very small and unhygienic. That was worst experience will not recommended for this hotel. We told to him bedsheet is not clean pls chng it. Bt he said all bedsheet are same

The room was good but the facility inside the room was not what we saw, that facility was not found but makemytrip gave me a lot of support refunded my refund 20 percent took full care I talked to makemytrip make mike customer service they told me gave full support he refunded me also make my trip is the best app i will book the room only through this in future it is a trustworthy app
