Quality of room is not up to the mark the way it shown in the app

The room and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which was great. However, the air conditioning wasn't very effective and could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

decent stay and also comfortable bed with clean washroom had a comfortable stay it's near the bus stand so we had a good stay

Room was clean AC & fan worked, since i was staying for 3 days most of the tv channels were unavailable, Toilet has to be more clean, a bottle of drinking water could have been provided

They are asking more money if you want to check in, they are like if you don't pay the extra amount we are cancelling your check in. Then MMT has solved the issue in a great way.

While checking in they are asking to pay extra stating that we have booked at a very low price using discount coupons & pay extra to check in

Location is good if you want to quick access to public transport auto taxi etc. Very close to hosur road, hence the vehicle noise etc is higher. They allow early checkin for an additional payment. As of today enough vehicle parking available in the adjacent vacant plot. Room is just enough clean, bed linen etc aren’t that clean enough, stains etc are there. Bathrooms spacious but not maintained well. Average on that aspect

Nothing is working here, no hot water, tv not working, ac not working, intercom not working. If u need just bed and fan to sleep then you can choose this. Otherwise better skip.

Room had a foul smell. Had fungus (with mushrooms) and cobwebs in most of the corners. Toilet seat was broken. Ac kept making noises the whole night. Rain water also came inside the room as it was raining the whole night. Please avoid this even if you are travel-ling alone for work purposes.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious, with a cozy bed and everything we needed.

The service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, and our room had all we needed.

Bad experience, they will allow for extra 1-2 hours even though customer care approves. No hot water and tv not working and bed sheets not washed

The property is located very convenient location. Rooms are spacious but very old property. Cleanliness is ok. Can manage for 1 day. Do not opt for breakfast and it's below standard. Even after 9 am they do not serve breakfast.

You will get this feedback in photos. The only reason was taking this property due to it is near by office location.
