Terrible Stay

worst service provided by the hotel. They denied check-in and asked for extra money. The owner was too rude that he didn't even talked once. Thanks that they provided us with some alternative, but the alternate hotel was also not that good but atleast we had something to take rest.

Had travel-led from jaipur to kolkata under the impression that i would be offered a perfect welcome at the property. Unfortunately, at the property we had to waste another half an hour to know that they don't have the occupancy to add three adults in one room and they can help us in searching for new property, but have to pay 6000 more. Had to move to a different property located 3km away from this one and they were really helpful to welcome us with the best service they could. 0 star for the hotel and minus 1 for the receptionist named mud i there at o royal
