Location and room was very good. Also, the behaviour of owner was very good.

Friendly manager and staff. rooms were spacious. In a prime location. Will visit again.

The AC is not working properly. Very limited food items on the menu.otherwise every cheapest on this prime location makes it easy to access the transportation.

Very courteous service. Quiet place to stay for leisure/ family travel.

Hotel is situated, very near to the sealdah station, on road calm and peaceful environment , and they have ensure the cleanness, in an word to say it's good to stay.

The hotel is close to the karunamoyee bus terminus. It is well connected with a market area nearby. Accommodation was good. They can improve the cleanliness of the rooms. There’s an adjacent restaurant run by the hotel itself. Though they serve only chinese, the food is good but a little expensive.

I find through make my trip, it was good recommendation, all services are good including food, clearness.

Hotel cleanliness was not up to the mark, receptionist was not helpful at all and very unfriendly behaviour. Bed sheets and pillow cover were dirty along with towel, toilet was also not hygienic. Light bulbs not in working condition. But restaurant was good, food was good and staffs of the restaurant were friendly.

Hotel located in well connected area. But in side room facilities should improve. A hotel always should provide ac with remote. And well working condition tv set should be there in the room.

Rooms are ok. Need regular housekeeping. Pests moving in room and washroom all the time. Need thorough pest control. Food was good. Restaurant was clean. Well mannered staff and good service. Thali is very overpriced.

Staff are not at all amiable, they speak rudely, used towels and bedsheets, no respect for customer price is very much if compared to hospitality. Dont prefer this hotel to anyone

Nice atmosphere, neat clean rooms and hotel. Comfortable staying with nice food.

Due to my late check-in (8, pm), we were allocated a top floor room in this excessive heat with a window a. C. Should have kept a suitable room as booked beforehand. The room was not as shown was of inferior type. The restaurant only have chinese food.

The hotel was old no doubt but it did served my purpose of staying. They also provided a extra bed which was nice. Food was manageable. I did see 2-3 cockroaches in the room after 1 day of my stay. But one thing was that the smell of cooking used to come from bathroom and it was a very bad pungent smell. It do need a lot of maintenance. But the staffs are very nice.
