Decent hotel to stay, I have stayed in this hotel in the past as well and have faced some or the other minor issue in the room itself. But it's value for money if it's business travel for you. Good breakfast and staff is courteous.

The slowest service No management Everything They do not know how to fulfil the orders or how to treat guests Right from housekeeping to breakfast everything is pathetic Filthy rooms , dirty beds , dirty side tables Housekeeping comes after 1 hour Water bottle comes after 40 minutes Glasses comes after 30 minutes Towels come after 50 minutes For breakfast waiting time 30 minutes and after that secondary waiting time 15 minutes They are serving as if guests Do not stay here or else you will be very much disappointed with this brand

It was nothing but luxury, the staff there is great. The property is really beautiful and filled with amenities.

Stay is good ... enjoyed the ambience... breakfast offer is also amazing. hospitality by the management is great too. Looking forward to staying again.

Breakfast reminder usually which happens in other hotel it’s doesn’t happen here and I missed it here

Stay was good house keeping team was good and some reception people r nice bt there is some people such as specially the name of utkarsh he behaved very bad he disturbed me nd mines guest too he stopped people and ask them so many question this is not good.... u need to tell please go nd educate frst

The front desk staff was overwhelmed by the number of customers checking in and checking out. And the utter incompetence of the staff made the whole experience from bad to worse. My check-in time was at 2 PM and we were told that because the previous customer hasn't checked out yet, they can't give me the room. (The checkout time is 12 Noon and if the hotel was full the night before, you should allow customer to have extensions). After arguing and waiting with the head manager, he gave us some other room at 2:10 PM. And they were kind enough to tell me that they have upgraded the room. The room upgradation wouldn't have been required if they had been active and competent.

Overall experience was good, specially their ambience, staff behaviour and food quality. Front desk was very supportive, special thanks to Mr Jagrut, Ms Nandini, Ms Harmanpreet and Mr Ajay etc.

Always a good experience staying at The Lalit Jaipur, this was my 3rd visit to Lalit. Hospitable staff and excellent breakfast.

Stay was good. Enjoyed the dining room dining, and having the dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, swimming pool was good and massage parlour, spa, parlour, very very good.

It was a wonderful Stay, The Ambience was very different room service and housekeeping was marvelous, and other services excellent

The property is extremely well maintained. I found it to be extremely clean and convenient as it is just close to the airport. Breakfast is great. Reception team is excellent and restaurant staff is extremely attentive inspite of the fact that the restaurant is always full. They customised my food as I was travelling for long and missed home food.

Dirty rooms , unclean beds , had a itchy night in bed very unhygienic. Breakfast was ok. Staff at reception not very interested to know the bad experience, I did try to explain them about the rooms showed them the images and response was just !! said ok.

the lalit traveller has a good clean room however the washroom is a little small and at the top floor of the lalit traveller there is a marriage hall so at the time of any function, DJ noise comes in the hotel room. Room service is slow.

Overall experience was good. Staff members are all good and polite . Washroom cleaning was good . And breakfast was awesome. 🤗

The location of the property is good. The rooms are clean, the staff is nice, and the food is okay, but it is very expensive. An improvement in the price list of food and the restaurant menu is expected.
