Hotel Eden

Room was good but the bed and mattress was not good.

We don't had food in this hotel as we reach hotel late night at 12:15 am. The location of this hotel is ok. Hotel staff was very arrogant and very poor response they gave. Towel , bedsheets was having stains and very dirty. This is very worst thing of this hotel

Staff was very unprofessional and unsupportable, rooms are very dirty. And please don’t show these kind of hotels like very wow condition & high prices and don’t show very high discounts on these.

Hotel staff initially denied for booking however afterwards booking done. But bathroom condition was very bad, doors are broken, no lock, and hygiene was not up to mark.

Never seen worst experience in my life.....staff are totally non co operative...staff was given a dirty hall instead of the room I had booked. plus..there was no light in the bathroom

There is good welcome at reception. The room is very clean, ac is working very good. The fod is delicious and service is fast. Overall very good response.

Trip was good but stay in ed-en was not a good experience as there was electricity issue as well as there food was also not good

The place is unclean, unhygienic. Even after complaining to the concerned persons they were not helpful. Looked like the rooms had not been cleaned for quite a few days, the toilets were in unclean. They complimentary breakfast comes with a rider, in case of double occupancy, both the occupants have to necessarily order the same dish - this was most outrageous. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

For me the location was excellent as i had to commute to oberoi raj vilas daily
