Horrible stay not recommended for families poor hospitality disgusting rooms very dirty place stinks 👎

Horrible no cleaning. No proper assistance from staff. They ask for extra money to everyone before check-in and make the guest uncomfortable by arguing.

Very bed hotel they ask for extra money for booking the room and say that room price is high then your booking cost so please give extra money in cash on counter form your booking amount

I cancel-led my stay at the hotel because the property was completely different. It was in a very shabby state and the rooms were extremely dirty. The owner accepted that this property is different from what is shown.

Rooms were not clean when we checked in…taps and geaser in bathroom were not working…had to go to reception multiple times to ask for towels…one of the bad experiences i have ever had with hotel with a price that wasn’t too low

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. I had prepaid booking and had done complete payment but after reaching the hotel, staff asked for an extra amount of 1964 rs. The room was not clean. There is no food service. I would suggest not to book this hotel as it may ruin your peaceful stay

When i was visited at the desk of reception for the check in they directly told me that we don't allow for check in; you have to pay more 600 rs for the check in. I am told to him that guys i am already made payment which was rs but they said that it is low tarriff. So just due tu this i am waiting more than hour there. I was with my work colleagues, i feel so bad in front of him just due to hotel staff stupidity. I don't have any kind of image of hotel. I need a discount on next hotel booking of 20.

Location of property is good. Staff is coprative, but they not providing cofe cattle, tv recharge also pending

I observed very rude staff even they were not agree that the hotel i booked is the same hotel. First they denied that this is the same hotel. They took 300 charge of guest who came to meet me on hotel. That was very unfair. Don’t go for this hotel.

No hygiene, ridiculous behaviour by staff, no toiletries, no clean bedsheets & pillows. Avoid the property at any cost.

Hygeine was great, bathroom, ac everything perfect, situated at a convenient location. Wifi signals were missing in the room.
