it was pleasant stay ,rooms, washroom were clean but the quilt cover was torn,bed sheet were ok ok ,there was no facility of food in the hotel , over all it was ok

I have booked 3 rooms for 3 families. but one of the family was not able to travel to Jaipur due to their daughter's health. And few hours after the booking I have requested them to provide refund for one room but they have just ignored that. Every good hotels have refund facility based on emergency situations.
