Bedsheet of blankets and pillows were old, smelly and torn mostly and so does quilt. Washroom doesn’t have proper hand wash and shop

Well i haven't chosen anything apart from room but room itself seapage smell and even no exhaust in washroom and it creates more nuisance. For one night it's ok but that also max 700 bucks not more than that

Location is good food average normal aminities no hot water- rooms are not comfortable staff very co-operative

When i visit. Then found wall dirty. Bed sheet dirty. They made hotel beautiful but they have not maintained this hotel. Specially hygienic problem

Hotel ambiance and cleanliness was not good. Bathroom accessories and bucket were broken. Also, they did not even provided drinking water which is basic facility we expect from any hotel. Moreover, when we booked including breakfast we were not informed that they give only 2 plates per person and when we ordered they say 2 plates per person and rest will be charged extra. For 2 slice of bread they consider it as 1 plate.

Room were okay. Geyser was not working.

The room were all smelly, uncleaned towels and sheets in the room. No proper service.

Waiters are untrained, room service pathetic. Breakfast is worst at this price. Rooms are good

one of the worst stays i ever had, i have previously made so many bookings but this low level of hotel was not expected, very poor staff and bed sheets were dirty and bathrooms were pathetic, no exhaust fan working and not cleaned, after spending ₹ we are getting service of a 300₹ hotel. very dissatisfied.

I paid the amount of a 3 star rate, but the facility was pathetic, bedspreads were not clean, no hot water, no mats outside the bathroom to wipe your feet and hotel was too noisy

Bed sheet, Pillows and comforter were dirty & uncleaned. They were hair and dust on our bed and the rooms walls had water dumping. Pillows and comforter looked like they were used many times( very old)
