In description,it said elevator is available..But there wasn't any elevator or lift available in this property. I had booked with breakfast but there wasn't any breakfast available here.It was an average staying experience in this hotel The room in this pawan plaza delhi was horrible..The side bed table switch board on both the sides was coming out.Very bad experience

The stay was fine, but at first they gave a room which was not furnished completely. Then when complained, they immediately shifted us to a new room which was very nice. The staff was good and supportive. Overall the experience was nice.

I booked the hotel with breakfast, but when I reached at the hotel and asked about the breakfast, the manager denied for it. he said we are not providing breakfast . and I didn't get the the breakfast and my extra money which I paid for it

Terrible stay! The whole place had a foul smell, mattress was dirty, washroom was unhygienic, and even basic services were delayed for over 1.5 hours. Absolutely not worth it. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Room is good but they didn’t provide toiletries and even unlock room when you are not there but staff is understanding

Muslim Graveyard KARBALA adjacent to hotel. This is a hotel located in purely a Muslim locality. Hotel is surrounded by a lot of Dirty Muslim Non-veg hotels. I being a Vegitarian Hindu preferred not to stay there and found two better hotels 500m away Hotel Lake Palace and Hotel Jai Palace and booked Jai Palace on price of 1300 per day. Not a preffered Hotel for Veg. Hindu Family.

overall it was a nice Stay....room was very clean..also the staffs were very nice and location of hotel was also near jal mahal and hawa mahal.

Bright rooms, ocean breezes, and warm service. The seafood dinner was divine. Perfectly located for beach walks. A delightful experience overall!
