Staff was polite, disciplined and helpful. Hotel was at prime/central market location. But.. No proper complimentary breakfast facility in hotel Room and toilet etc was not hygienic and clean has cockroaches and at night big rat came inside from broken AC pipe fitting Toilet plumbing was very poor, no even water flow, toilet sprinkler leaking continuously. Hot water just coming for max 20 to 30 mins in morning that too not evenly. No complimentary Mineral water bottle was given not even one a day. Given torn bedsheet.

Property location is good Staff also good Rooms are nice but washroom condition is not good. In washroom water leakage and mirror not good.exaust fan not working.

The bathroom was unclean. The room was not even clean for two days. AC was defaunt in the room. TV was not working. Matraves were not in a good shape. The overall experience was poor. Staff were good.

Very bad experience rooms are smelly bathroom are dirty stains on bad sheets and sheets overall rooms are dirty not worth it

it is a catfishing hotel, the photos shown here are so misleading, seems like they were taken when the building was new, it is a health hazard, the walls are moldy, paint chipping off everywhere, leaky faucets,even the floor was broken, no hot water and above all terrible attitude of the receptionist.

It was the best experience and very cooperative staff member including best services & mouth watering food experience.

They must have work on his cleaning. So uncleaned blanket.
