Staff quality is poor and need to more cleaning in washroom etc food quality was avg,service of serving was not good

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The pickup and drop services were very convenient and on time, making travel easy and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The overall experience was pleasant and relaxing — a great place to stay with excellent hospitality.

Location of the property was quite good, as per my preference. Food offered at the property was very basic and portion size were quite small. The breakfast buffet was okayish, staff themselves did not have knowledge what was in the menu clearly. Kitchen staff was very irresponsible at all times, they used to forget orders, send wrong items. But while adding bills to my tab, they added extra things as well, which i had to get sorted at the time of check out. The basic wifi facility was not working in my rooms, I reported the same on first night, but it was not fixed during my 3 night stay there. The furniture was also in a very dated state, the sofa chairs and lounger in the room were very uncomfortable. Even the spring mattress in one of the rooms was broken. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

1.This Hotel Room is good & spacious , neat and clean but Room facilities including basic amenities are below average and needs lot of improvements and few examples are listed as below : # Damaged And heavy water Leaking Shower at Bathroom # Daily morning Hot water availability for less time only and water is also not hot even for 2 mins and if we ask Hotel Mgmt team, they say every one is using hot water so we can’t give you hot water continuously and it is big problem in hotel in this cool climate # Limited towel issue and not fully clean and for 4 person stay also they are giving 2 or 3 only and after asking at Service team they provide balance #They are giving Immersion heater for hot water if we follow-up daily for hot water availability issue #Bad smell / odour at Room and Lift area and #No bucket & mug at Bathroom and shower also damaged # Damaged & Leaking Health faucet at Toilet and after complaining only they take some temporary action for next day and like this list is going on ….. 2.Hotel Food is very good and breakfast also with variety of items with good taste 3. Hotel location is little away from main roads so getting UBER and OLA taxi services availability are challenge at all times and difficult with even paying higher prices…

Location is quite peaceful just 3 to 4 km from centre. Food from the in house restaurant was amazing. Staffs are very polite. Overall very good experience.

Location is quiet but bit far from the market. Food is also good and amenities were nice along with the service. But as make my trip mentioned there is no welcome drink. No iron in the room. No late check out.
