All amenities are so good.. we stayed here for a night.. staff response and all the services we had are so good..

1.This Hotel Room is good & spacious , neat and clean but Room facilities including basic amenities are below average and needs lot of improvements and few examples are listed as below : # Damaged And heavy water Leaking Shower at Bathroom # Daily morning Hot water availability for less time only and water is also not hot even for 2 mins and if we ask Hotel Mgmt team, they say every one is using hot water so we can’t give you hot water continuously and it is big problem in hotel in this cool climate # Limited towel issue and not fully clean and for 4 person stay also they are giving 2 or 3 only and after asking at Service team they provide balance #They are giving Immersion heater for hot water if we follow-up daily for hot water availability issue #Bad smell / odour at Room and Lift area and #No bucket & mug at Bathroom and shower also damaged # Damaged & Leaking Health faucet at Toilet and after complaining only they take some temporary action for next day and like this list is going on ….. 2.Hotel Food is very good and breakfast also with variety of items with good taste 3. Hotel location is little away from main roads so getting UBER and OLA taxi services availability are challenge at all times and difficult with even paying higher prices…

Location is quite peaceful just 3 to 4 km from centre. Food from the in house restaurant was amazing. Staffs are very polite. Overall very good experience.

Location is quiet but bit far from the market. Food is also good and amenities were nice along with the service. But as make my trip mentioned there is no welcome drink. No iron in the room. No late check out.

It was a nice experience food was also good, facilities are good but one thing I want to mention is that hotel should change their check in timing. Instead of keeping it 1pm it should be much earlier

almost at the end of one of roads in Udaipur, this Hotel is ok for a short stay without much expectations. Prices are a bit high for comfort and amenities offered. Only USP is it's swimming pool on the roof. Restaurant and food quality is below average. Services were not as good as expected even after requesting multiple times. Rooms need a lot of maintenance with plasters peeling off from walls, dirty and then towels. Breakfast was useless and dinner served was too spicy when no spice was requested. staff is not punctual and do not pay attention to requests made by guests. Overall very average stay even though size of deluxe room was very large.

The bathroom has severe water leakage, and the floor is filled with water. There is also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. There is no dryer available in the bathroom, which has caused inconvenience. At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that the hotel offers a lake and mountain view. However, the room provided does not have such a view, which is misleading. The hotel is located in a very remote area, nearly 12 km inside from the city, which was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking. I am traveling with my family, including my two 1-year-old children, and such conditions are extremely uncomfortable

Property was good than expectation, very clean and nice room, no noise, staff was very supportive and also food was delicious. Overrall loved the experience
